Seasonal Court Rentals are offered as a recurring appointments, guaranteeing your day of the week, time, court number and surface for the full indoor seasn.

This is the ideal option for those who know their schedule in advance and will be in Southampton every week or weekend.

All seasonals are booked for the entirety of the season, and are paid for in advance at the time of sign up.

Seasonal Reservations are limited and accommodated in the order in which requests are received. See additional policies regarding seasonals here.

To register for a seasonal, you can fill out the request form on the seasonals page, or contact our office for a paper form.

Submitting an online request does not guarantee your spot, you will be contacted by the office to confirm your booking.

At the time of seasaonal registration, we require payment in full. Your spot will not be reserved in our system until payment has been received.

The total cost of a late or partial registration will be pro-rated for the weeks of your participation.

There will be a 5% administrative fee of the pro-rated total. This late registration policy applies to all programming at FSTC.

If you need to cancel your seasonal, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee, up to 2 weeks before the season starts.

In the 2 weeks leading up to the start of the season, you will be eligible for a credit at FS Tennis Club for the monetary value that was paid minus a 10% administrative fee. The credit cannot be used toward camp-related purchases.

Once the seasonal booking has commenced, you will not be eligible for refunds or credits. There are no exceptions. If you have to cancel a single session, you must notify the office at least 48 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a makeup class. While this will allow you to be eligible for a makeup class, please be aware that makeups are not guaranteed and are subject to court & pro availability. 

Each seasonal is entitled to 3 makeups. This means you can cancel 3 times, and make up the session by the end of the season. Any additional cancellations are not eligible for makeups. Rain days are added in addition to the makeup dates. You will be notified if this happens. 

It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of and schedule their own makeups. We will only accommodate a makeup class if the original appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, and if the pro assigned to the appointment is available. 

All makeups must be used in the same season that the seasonal is booked in. So, if you miss a session during the indoor season, you must make up that session within the current indoor season. Once the following season starts, those makeup sessions will not carry over. 

Please note that the cost of a seasonal broken down by the week is slightly more expensive than a regular individual lesson. This is because a seasonal guarantees you your court, time, and pro of preference.

At FS Tennis Club, we do our best to be transparent about our pricing. Sometimes, additional charges do apply, such as the following: 

• Additional players: $20 per additional player, per session.
