With over ten years of experience in the tennis club industry in the Hamptons, McKenzie is a born-and-raised local who brings a strong background in Education and Psychology to the team. She helps keep the club organized while also managing all of our social media presence.

Playing for 16 years as a junior, Maria competed on the ITF circuit, winning multiple tournaments and representing Romania at the European Masters, where she achieved the No. 1 junior ranking in her country. During her collegiate career at Limestone University, Maria played at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions in both singles and doubles, helping her team reach a Top 10 national NCAA ranking.
Maria is also the Assistant Coordinator for the Junior Development Program (JDP) and has been coaching both juniors and adults for years from recreational to performance tennis.

Izem Elif Olcer is a NCAA Division I student-athlete at Eastern Kentucky University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing while competing in both singles and doubles. Originally from Balıkesir, Türkiye, Izem has been passionate about tennis since childhood, a journey that has taken her to compete throughout Türkiye, the United States, and across Europe.
As a high-level competitor, Izem has represented the Turkish National Team on three occasions and competed in five international team events for Türkiye. She has also played in numerous ITF Women's World Tennis Tour tournaments and continues to compete at the Division I level. Inspired by tennis legend Roger Federer, she brings the same commitment, discipline, and love for the game to both her playing and coaching.
Izem began coaching because she enjoys helping players improve their skills while building confidence on and off the court. Her coaching experience includes working at a tennis club in Türkiye and serving as a USTA Coach/Counselor at Eastern Kentucky University.
Known for her passionate and competitive coaching style, Izem challenges players to reach their full potential through personalized feedback, technical instruction, and a strong emphasis on understanding the game. She is dedicated to creating a positive, motivating environment where players of all ages and skill levels can grow, compete, and develop a lifelong love for tennis.

Originally from Constanța, Romania, Matei-Victor Palcau joined Future Stars in 2026 after a successful collegiate and professional playing career. He competed at the Division I level for Jacksonville State University while earning a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Economics. Matei also competed professionally throughout Europe and earned multiple Conference USA All-Academic Team honors. Fluent in English and Romanian, he believes strong player-coach relationships are the foundation for player development and long-term success. His favorite player is Roger Federer, and one of his unique talents is being able to imitate the sound of an owl.

Originally from Porto, Portugal, Filipe Reis Krohn da Silva joined Future Stars in 2026 while earning his degree in Sports Management at Lee University. Competing in NCAA Division II tennis, Filipe played primarily at the No. 1 singles position and helped his team achieve a top-10 national ranking while capturing a Gulf South Conference singles championship. He has coached at Nike Tennis Camps in both Malibu and Portugal, bringing three years of coaching experience to players of all ages. Filipe enjoys creating lessons that are fun, positive, and engaging while helping players build confidence through strong fundamentals. His favorite athlete is Cristiano Ronaldo, and he believes enjoying the learning process is the key to long-term improvement.

Originally from Tres Arroyos, Argentina, Malena Moya joined Future Stars in 2026 and currently studies Biochemistry with a minor in Finance at Roosevelt University. A former top-20 junior player in Argentina, Malena has earned numerous academic and athletic honors, including Academic All-District recognition, ITA singles semifinalist honors, conference Player of the Week awards, and team captain responsibilities. She has coaching experience at the Mariana Díaz Oliva Academy and was inspired to coach by her longtime mentor, Mario Bravo, who played a major role in her development as both a player and person. Malena's coaching philosophy emphasizes technical precision, match-play application, patience, and enjoyment of the learning process. Her favorite player is Maria Sharapova, and she jokes that tennis tournaments often feel like fashion week.

Originally from Caratinga, Minas Gerais, Brazil, Leo Costa joined Future Stars in 2024 while studying Marketing and Public Relations after competing for both Northwestern College and Augusta University. During his collegiate career, Leo served as team captain, earned All-Conference honors, and built on an impressive junior career that included two Brazilian National Junior Doubles Championships. With five years of coaching experience at Windridge Tennis and Sports Camps, Future Stars Tennis Camps, and as an assistant coach for the men's and women's teams at Augusta University, Leo enjoys helping players discover what they are capable of achieving both on and off the court. His coaching philosophy centers on building confidence first, believing that a player's mindset is just as important as their technique. His favorite player is Dominic Thiem, and he is proud to hold dual Brazilian and Italian citizenship through his family's heritage.

Adrian Contreras is a bilingual (English/Spanish) tennis coach from Ensenada, Mexico, with NCAA Division I and Division II playing experience. He competed in ITF Junior and ITF Futures tournaments throughout Latin America, achieving a career-high ITF World Junior Ranking of No. 200 and an ATP doubles ranking of No. 1600.
Adrian has coached since 2021 at Eastern Kentucky University, Coronado Tennis Academy, Silva Academy, and Cancun Tennis Complex. His coaching philosophy focuses on understanding each player's goals, building confidence, and creating a positive, challenging environment to help athletes reach their highest potential.

Originally from Maldonado, Uruguay, Ana Govea joined Future Stars in 2026 and currently studies Kinesiology while competing for Lewis-Clark State College. Ana has helped her team earn a national ranking and has been recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has coached in Uruguay, Idaho, and with local high school tennis programs. Ana enjoys sharing her knowledge of the sport and helping the next generation of players grow their confidence, technique, and strategic understanding of tennis. A devoted Roger Federer fan, she proudly considers him the greatest player of all time.

During his collegiate career, he played primarily in the No. 4 and 5 singles positions, occasionally stepping up to No. 2 and 3, while consistently contributing at the No. 2 doubles spot. Before college, Christian gained international experience by competing in multiple ITF Futures tournaments, earning several ITF points, and even participating in an ATP Challenger event. He also spent many years training alongside close friend Lorenzo Sonego, who achieved a career-high ATP ranking of World No. 21. This experience provided Christian with valuable insights into high-performance tennis and the demands of the professional tour. Christian began his coaching journey in Italy and Switzerland, working with both juniors and adults through clinic programs. He continued developing his coaching skills during his college years and joined Future Stars in the summer of 2022. By August 2023, he became a full-time professional coach with the club.

Angelo competed in ITF Futures across South America, Portugal, Mexico, and the U.S. before playing college tennis. At Cowley College, he played #1 singles and doubles, helping the team finish #4 in the nation and reaching the national doubles final, finishing ranked #2 in the country at the JUCO level. He later competed at Middle Georgia State University at #3 singles and #2 doubles, graduating in 2022.
Angelo went on to serve as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the University of Mobile men’s and women’s teams, earning his MBA in 2024. At Future Stars Southampton, he brings international playing experience and collegiate coaching expertise to players of all ages. Angelo’s previous coaching experience includes working at Hampshire Country Club in Westchester in 2024.

Originally from Bahía Blanca, Argentina, Stefan Schodlbauer joined Future Stars in 2016 and brings more than 12 years of coaching experience to the program. A graduate of East Central University, where he played Division II tennis, Stefan helped lead his team to a GAC Championship and served as team captain. He earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and later completed his MBA. Fluent in English and Spanish, Stefan has worked with players ranging from beginners to ATP and WTA professionals. His coaching style is passionate and offensive-minded, focusing on helping players compete confidently and aggressively. A longtime fan of Roger Federer, Stefan's favorite Future Stars fun fact is that he has won five Future Stars Pro-Am events.

Originally from Mexico City, Mexico, Rodrigo Pascal Villa joined Future Stars in 2025 and brings six years of coaching experience to the program. Rodrigo played Division I college tennis at the University of Oregon and Tecnológico de Monterrey while earning a degree in Marketing. He also competed professionally across three continents and is certified through both ITF Level 1 and PTR. Fluent in English and Spanish, Rodrigo enjoys teaching the game he has loved his entire life and focuses on helping players develop through attention to detail and finding the right feel for each shot. His favorite player is Andy Murray, and away from the court he is a huge golf fan.

Originally from Arezzo, Italy, Vittorio Noli joined Future Stars in 2026 and brings five years of coaching experience to the team. After competing professionally in Italy, he continued his tennis career at North Carolina Wesleyan University and the University of Montevallo, where he earned a degree in Marketing and Management. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Vittorio's coaching philosophy centers on discipline, respect, and adapting to each player's individual needs. Inspired by Rafael Nadal's work ethic and competitiveness, Vittorio enjoys helping players improve both on and off the court. Outside of tennis, he is an avid watch collector and enthusiast.

Originally from Oak Grove, Louisiana, Savana Schmitz joined Future Stars in 2026 while continuing her studies in Psychology with a minor in Criminology at the University of Mobile. Competing in NAIA tennis, Savana has helped her team achieve a national top-20 ranking and has earned academic honors for maintaining a GPA above 3.5. With five years of coaching experience at Monroe Athletic Club and Bayou DeSiard Country Club, she enjoys helping players avoid common mistakes and discover their strengths. Savana's coaching style focuses on building sound technique before progressing into point-play situations and strategy. Her favorite player is Elena Rybakina, and she enjoys spending hours watching tennis highlights on YouTube.

Her coaching style is communicative, supportive, and team-oriented, with an emphasis on creating a positive environment where players can build confidence while having fun and improving their skills. Originally from Campinas, Brazil, Samuel Maia joined Future Stars in 2025 while continuing his collegiate tennis career at the University of Montevallo, where he studies Finance and Marketing. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Samuel helped his team achieve a national ranking and earned the 2024 GSC Doubles Championship title. He enjoys coaching because he loves helping players improve and achieve their goals. His coaching focuses on developing strong fundamentals, movement, and consistency while creating a fun and competitive learning environment. Samuel's favorite players are Novak Djokovic and Ana Ivanovic. A fun fact about Samuel is that his dog, Andy, was named after Andy Murray because Murray is his mother's favorite player.

Originally from Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, Sofia Nardone joined Future Stars in 2025 while studying Fashion Merchandising at St. Thomas University. Competing in NAIA tennis, Sofia helped her doubles team reach a national ranking of No. 7 while continuing to develop her passion for coaching. She previously coached at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch and volunteered with Aceing Autism, where she discovered her love for introducing young players to the game. Sofia's coaching style is energetic and movement-focused, creating a fun environment where players stay active and engaged. Her favorite player is Roger Federer, and she enjoys being just minutes away from one of her favorite events, the Miami Open.

Originally from Bath, England, Jed Platts joined Future Stars in 2026 and currently studies Psychology while competing for West Virginia Wesleyan College at the Division II level. His team has earned national rankings and NCAA Tournament appearances, and he has received multiple conference Player of the Week honors in both singles and doubles. With five years of coaching experience, Jed has worked with programs including Elite Tennis Academy Barcelona and Blue Sky Tennis. His coaching style focuses on creating a fun and supportive environment where players can improve both technically and mentally. A longtime fan of Andy Murray, Jed's favorite tennis memory is attending the historic 2019 Wimbledon final between Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic.

Originally from Obregón, Mexico, Jocelyn Zamorano joined Future Stars in 2026 while pursuing her MBA with a minor in Data Analytics at Newman University after earning her degree in Business Administration. A standout NCAA Division II player, Jocelyn helped lead Newman to a top-10 national team ranking and a regional conference championship while earning recognition for both her athletic performance and academic excellence. She has over five years of coaching experience with the Kearney Tennis Association, Chris Lewit Tennis Academy, Match Point Tennis Academy in Mexico, and as a graduate assistant coach at Newman University. Jocelyn loves sharing the knowledge she gained throughout her competitive career and helping players build confidence while enjoying the game. Her coaching style balances energy and intensity, focusing on each player's individual goals and development. Her favorite player is Rafael Nadal, and as the only left-hander in a family where five of six members play tennis, the sport has always been at the center of her life.
