Private Lessons are offered in 30 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute and 120 minute intervals. A private lesson is considered any one-on-one time with one of our tennis pro staff. All pro staff are experienced in all ages & styles of play.

Reservation Policy

All booking is 7-days in advance. This allows you to book only 7 days before your desired date & time.

Weekday vs. Weekend + Holidays

Year-round we classify weekdays as Monday - Thursday & weekends as Friday - Sunday. All holidays or 3-day holiday weekends will fall under the weekend rate.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 48-hours in advance of your scheduled booking. If you cancel within the 48-hours, you will be charged in full.

OUTDOOR SEASON 2024

ABOUT

Seasonal Private Lessons & Seasonal Court Rentals are offered as recurring appointments, guaranteeing your reserved day of the week, time, court number and/or coach. This is the ideal option for those who know their schedule in advance and will be in Southampton every week or weekend. All seasonals are booked for the entirety of the season, and are paid for up front. Seasonal Reservations are limited and accommodated in the order in which requests are received. See additional policies regarding seasonals below.

LATE REGISTRATION

Please be aware that registration for mid-session commencement cannot be done prior to the start of the season. So, a client cannot request a seasonal from December to mid-May in September. Instead, we suggest reaching out about two weeks before your anticipated start date.

The total cost will be pro-rated for the weeks of your participation.

There will be a 10% administrative fee of the pro-rated total. This late registration policy applies to all programming at FSTC.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your seasonal, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee, up to 2 weeks before the season starts. In the 2 weeks leading up to the start of the season, you will be eligible for a credit at FS Tennis Club for the monetary value that was paid minus a 10% administrative fee. The credit cannot be used toward camp-related purchases. Check the “Seasonal” tab for specific dates. Once the seasonal booking has commenced, you will not be eligible for refunds or credits. There are no exceptions.

If you have to cancel a single session, you must notify the office at least 48 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a makeup class. While this will allow you to be eligible for a makeup class, please be aware that makeups are not guaranteed and are subject to court & pro availability. 

Each seasonal is entitled to 3 makeups. This means you can cancel 3 times, and make up the session by the end of the season. Any additional cancellations are not eligible for makeups. Rain days are added in addition to the makeup dates. You will be notified if this happens. 

MAKE-UP POLICY

It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of and schedule their own makeups. We will only accommodate a makeup class if the original appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, and if the pro assigned to the appointment is available. 

All makeups must be used in the same season that the seasonal is booked in. So, if you miss a session during the indoor season, you must make up that session within the current indoor season. Once the following season starts, those makeup sessions will not carry over. 

SEASONAL RENEWAL

FS Tennis Club has two seasonal periods: the indoor season (late September – May), and the outdoor season (June – September). We have seasonals available during the two seasons throughout the year. Pricing and scheduling is different for indoor/outdoor sessions so you must register for each separately.

Your seasonal is never guaranteed in the following season until you have registered and paid for the seasonal with the front desk and have received confirmation that the day, time, and court of your preference are available. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Please note that the cost of a seasonal broken down by the week is slightly more expensive than a regular individual lesson. This is because a seasonal guarantees you your court, time, and pro of preference.

At FS Tennis Club, we do our best to be transparent about our pricing. Sometimes, additional charges do apply, such as the following: 

  • Additional players: $20 per additional player, per session 

  • If your 30-week indoor seasonal is with two people, the additional cost would be $600, if you had three people it would be $1,200, etc. 

  • Late registration: See the above description of late registration

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

To register for a seasonal, you can fill out the request form below, or contact our office for a paper form. Submitting an online request does not guarantee your spot, you will be contacted by the office to confirm your booking.

At the time of seasaonal registration, we require payment in full. Your spot will not be reserved until payment has been received.
